At Hotel Capricorno we approach all challenges with humour and ease. We look at what is coming and adapt to the situation. We don't let ourselves get stressed, we don't blow things up unnecessarily and we always find a solution. If something does go wrong, we take it with humour. With this attitude, we always have luck on our side and everything goes even easier.
We are good at "100 little things", look closely, listen and surprise our guests with little things, because we love to put a smile on your face.
We approach both guests and partners with openness and tolerance, strive for a good relationship with our neighbours, seek dialogue with everyone.
At our hotel, we look out for each other, help each other and try to make our work easier. Everyone pulls together and has fun working (together). We laugh a lot, infect our guests with our good mood and get them on our side.
